Keerthi Murali is a Chartered Accountant with over 7 years of professional experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and Internal Audit. She has developed strong expertise in financial analysis, business planning, and performance management, particularly within the e-commerce sector.

Her experience includes working closely with business teams to drive data-backed decision-making and enhance operational efficiency. She has played a key role in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and strategic planning, enabling management to make informed and timely decisions.

•CA Naresh Shetty is a Chartered Accountant by profession with over three decades of experience in audit, taxation, and financial advisory. He began his career with M/s. N. M. Raiji & Co., Mumbai, a reputed firm of Chartered Accountants, where he gained hands-on experience in finalization of accounts, internal audits, and concurrent audits of leading corporates and banks.
•After qualifying as a Chartered Accountant in 1992, he established his own practice in Bangalore. Since then, he has successfully handled: Statutory audits of well-established private limited companies, Branch audits of nationalized banks. Concurrent audits of nationalized and scheduled commercial banks, Advisory services in project financing, income tax, and indirect taxation.
•Over the years, CA Naresh Shetty has also been a trusted advisor to high-net-worth corporates, partnership firms, AOPs, and individuals, delivering value-driven consultancy and practical solutions tailored to client needs.
